Tracebud is opening in phases by region and commodity. Join the waitlist and we will email you when your use case is supported.

Free for producers. Cooperatives, exporters, and buyers pay based on network size and usage. Visit the pricing page or join the waitlist for details.

How long does setup take?

Producers can start mapping with the offline app right away. Most cooperatives upload their network and send the first request within a week.

The service

Tracebud provides the Field App and the Dashboard for recording, sharing and filing supply-chain evidence. You are responsible for the accuracy of what you record; we are responsible for keeping it intact, available and shared only as you directed.

Open beta

Through October 2026 the service is free and in active development. Features can change and the occasional interruption is possible, but your data is protected the same as it will be after the beta: backed up, encrypted, and exportable at any time.

Fees

The Field App is free for producers, permanently. Organisation plans and usage fees are published on the pricing page; there are no fees that are not listed there.

Acceptable use

Do not upload records you know to be false, attempt to access data you have no grant for, or use the service to misrepresent compliance. We can suspend accounts that do.

Compliance responsibility

Tracebud prepares and files evidence on your instruction, but the legal obligations under EUDR, CSDDD and similar frameworks remain with the obligated company. The service is a tool, not a transfer of liability.

Leaving

You can export your data and close your account at any time. Filed statements remain on record with the authorities you filed them with, as the law requires.
