01 · Onboard
Onboard your network, and the data comes to you.
Five steps, and only two of them are yours.
The solid line is yours, the dashed line is your supplier's, and the crop changes hands where they meet.
- You01Onboard your suppliersInvite the cooperatives, mills and traders you buy from. They bring their own producers with them.
- ThemHands over↓02They prepare the evidencePlots, papers and consent are collected on their side, in their own language, offline if needed.
- Them03They send you the deliveryIt lands in your Dashboard with its origin already attached. Nothing for you to key in.
- YouComes to you↓04Review it, and ask onceEverything is checked as it arrives. Anything missing goes back as a single request, in one click.
- You05Assemble, then hand offCleared lots become a shipment. Bound for Europe, it gets sealed. Anywhere else, it simply goes.
If you already collected data
Already hold supplier data? It comes in as it is.
Lists from your field teams, polygons a consultant already mapped, documents from last season’s audit. Import them in bulk, and step 01 is mostly done before anyone is asked for anything.
Full package · 11 MB · one upload

- On the map — boundaries drawn, areas computed
- Screened on arrival — 2,791 clean, 56 flagged for review
- 0 duplicates — existing records matched, not doubled
GeoJSON, KML, CSV or a full package — templates for every format. Errors show before anything is saved.

The pack ships with everything above inside.
Custody, farm to container, without a retyping step. By the time the seal goes on, the lot already contains everything your buyer will be asked for.
Every market you sell into
One shipment, every market's answer.
Collect it once, reshape it per buyer.
03 · Hand over
Hand your buyer a pack they can file.
Not a folder of scans and forwarded email. One pack, filed against on arrival.
Comes back to you
The EU reference
DDS-2026-NL-88412
When your importer files, the reference returns and stays attached to the shipment. Proof of a clean handoff, without asking them for it.
Held out of this pack
1 lot, 9,800 kg. One unexplained lot makes the whole shipment unfileable, so it stays behind rather than travelling inside it.
Why your suppliers agree
Your suppliers keep their book.
You never see their list. You never call a farm.
A trader's supplier list is their business. So a request travels down the chain instead, and what comes back is the answer for your volume, not their relationships.
- 01You ask your supplier oncePick the destination, and the list of what is needed is worked out for you.
- 02The ask travels further downThrough a mill to a trader, and on to a cooperative, until it reaches whoever holds the document.
- 03The answers land on your lotsOnly what is missing is asked for, a refusal is recorded rather than hidden, and your board moves without you filing anything.
What each side sees
- Readiness of the volume you boughtYou see it
- Which plots fed your lotsYou see it
- Your supplier’s full producer listYou do not
- What your supplier pays their producersYou do not
- Which of your buyers a lot went toThey do not
If you trade rather than grow
You stay in the middle.
Your buyer wants origin. Your supplier will not name theirs.
The request passes through you, the answer comes back attached to the volume, and the names stay where they were.

- Pass, don’t rebuildA reference that already exists is held against the lot and handed on with it.

- Aggregation stays legibleMany suppliers, one shipment, and the mass balance still holds.
What it costs
One meter, and a flat Export desk.
No setup fee, and nothing your suppliers pay. One network meter plus a flat Export module, with sealed shipments included in step with your coverage — no tonnage, no bands.
- €49The Export module a month, on top of your network meter — pause it out of season
- ~€200A worked month: 750 producers covered plus Export, with 15 sealed shipments included
- €8Per sealed shipment beyond your included allowance — never per tonne, never per kilo
- €0For the EU submission, which is your importer’s step and their cost, not yours
- €0For every producer and supplier in your network, however they take part
- €0To set up: no implementation project, and no fee before your first shipment
If somebody else is paying
Brands and development programmes can pay for the producers they buy from through you. Those producers then sit on the sponsor's plan, not yours.
- A brand can pay for the producers it buys from through you.
- A development programme can pay for a whole region, and run it.
- Those producers sit on the sponsor’s plan, so yours stays where it is.
Questions from exporters
The things we get asked most.
We buy from traders who will not share their producer list. What then?+
They do not have to hand it to you. A request travels down to them, and they answer with the documents and plots for the volume you bought, without exposing their whole book. You see readiness against your own lots, not their commercial relationships.
Our importer uses their own system. Does this still help?+
Yes. The pack is built to be filed against, whatever they use, and you can export it. The value is that everything they will ask you for is already assembled and checked before the container leaves.
Who actually files the declaration, us or the importer?+
Whoever places the goods on the EU market, which is normally your importer. If that is you, the declaration is prepared from the same sealed shipment, and the reference comes back to the lot either way.
What if a lot is flagged just before the vessel?+
It is held out of the shipment rather than carried along. One unexplained lot makes the whole shipment unfileable, so the cleared lots sail and the flagged one waits for the review or the next vessel.
